Its Franco-Italian founders are both parents and 7th-generation footwear manufacturers, with a family tradition of shoemaking dating back to 1810. In line with the ‘BOATILUS’ philosophy, the BIOTY and IRKYVEG sandals, the CLOGGY clogs, the EASYVEG sneakers, and the ROCKSY slides are designed with children’s well-being in mind. ‘BOATILUS’ sandals are ultra-soft, delicately scented, and made from BOATIGUM®, an Italian composite material containing recycled PET, ultra-soft, recyclable and delicately scented with a food-grade Italian lemon-zest essence.

Specially designed using different molds baby, child and junior… to respect the natural shape of the foot and accompany children as they learn to walk, while helping to reduce the risk of blisters, they combine an ergonomic ‘ BAREFOOT Design’ shape, a patented shock-absorbing system, and a non-slip sole, an easy pull-on tab to provide comfort, freedom of movement and overall well-being.
They are made from BOATIGUM®, an ultra-flexible, super-soft Italian material delicately scented with a food-grade Italian lemon zest essence known for its naturally antimicrobial properties.
Designed in a single-piece construction to enhance recyclability, ‘BOATILUS’ shoes are made in a monobloc construction from BOATIGUM®, an exclusive Italian PVC material that is recyclable and ultra-soft.
Starting in 2026, this innovative composite will be produced in Italy using recycled PET, natural Italian calcium, and food-grade Italian lemon zest essence known for its naturally antimicrobial properties.
